How you can help us
Package Creation: If you would like for us to create package choices
for you, please provide us with your shoot program,
classes/categories/yardage groups, places being awarded, and an estimated
budget. We will create packages for your approval that include high quality
awards within your budget. If there are any awards that you would like
included or would rather not see in your packages, please feel free to let us
know.
Reusable Awards: We are well aware that there are times when not
all awards ordered are actually won by shooters at each shoot. We have
multiple options that we can offer to you for "recycling awards" for use at a
later shoot. This allows for clubs to offer awards that include text specific
to the shoot including dates, shoot and event names, etc. Please let us know if
you are interested in these options when placing your order.
For Layout Design: We always enjoy the opportunity to utilize our
creativity in designing layouts for our customers. If you have an idea of the
text that you would like included and whether you would like a logo or picture
on each award, please let us know, and we will do our best to create layout
choices unique to your club and/or shoot. Please be prepared to provide a
copy of your logo if we do not have one on file.
Shipping: We do our best to make the shipping/receiving process as
pleasant for you as possible. Most orders are shipped using Fed Ex Ground
or Home and can usually be received within 1-3 days from ship date depending
on the ship location. We box awards by date and event with labels on the
outside of the ship box, a specific contents list just inside the ship box, and
labels on each award.
Suggestions: We have experience both as shoot award creators and
award winners. If you would like suggestions on award ideas, text to be
included on awards, or design ideas, we would love to help!
Time Frame: Generally we like to have at least 2 weeks to process,
engrave, and ship your orders, however that doesn't mean it isn't possible to
get awards created and shipped within a matter of days if necessary. Please
feel free to contact us for processing times when considering placing an
order with us. Processing times generally include time for package
creation/approval, layout designs/approval, shipment of awards from vendors
(if we don't have them in stock), engraving time, and shipment time to you. In
most circumstances we are able to get awards to clubs in plenty of time
before their required date.
